On a crisp early autumn day in October the House of Elliot team set off to the elegant ‘Trafalgar Tavern’ in Greenwich, London for our brand new photoshoot by lovely and talented Carey Sheffield. As soon as we saw Carey’s breath taking images several months earlier we knew she was ‘The One’ for us!
Fuelled by coffee & muffins we met Carey, our stylist Elisabetta from Linen and Silk Weddings, our gorgeous model Charlotte Godfrey, and the lovely Emma Hunt who lent us her beautiful dresses on the day. We were shortly joined by our bubbly and smiling florist Joanne Truby, and Makeup Artist Malin Coleman with hair curlers, mascara and lipstick at the ready!

We wanted a fresh and current look for our collection and so our talented stylist Elisabetta chose three themes for the day: Romantic & Bohemian for our ivory and white lace boots and ‘Noir’ for our black and red boots.
Handmade with love in the UK, Emma’s collection of timeless and elegant wedding dresses were perfect for the day. Emma herself was amazing, helping to co-ordinate our collection of boots with her gorgeous dresses, whilst helping getting Charlotte ready. We cannot thank her enough!
Each look was perfectly complimented by stunning accessories from British Accessories Designer Victoria Fergusson and London Based Olivier Laudus. The sumptuous lingerie on our shoot was provided by the lovely Georgia from Pompadour Couture Lingerie.
It was an amazing day working with such a fun and talented team, and Charlotte was so patient and professional whilst we changed hairstyles, makeup and dresses for each look. Full of energy and enthusiasm, Carey kept us all ‘on the go’ making sure we made full use of the beautiful light streaming through the huge sash windows in the Trafalgar’s ballroom, whilst my husband Andrew helped move furniture, props and camera equipment!

And so with much care, hard work and fun these beautiful images were created. There are so many of them but here is a sneaky selection. Please do keep an eye out for more on our website, social media pages, and in the press. We’re simply thrilled with them and hope you love them too. We believe they sum up House of Elliot perfectly: unique, romantic and luxurious. Most of all, however, we hope they provide inspiration to each and every one of your for your special day.
