Order Processing (updated January 2024):
As each order is hand-finished in our studio our order processing times are between 8 to 10 working days. For shipping times once your order is processed please see the table below.
If your order is urgent & needed before the times listed below please contact us at sales@houseofelliotcollection.com before placing your order to see whether we can help with a rush order for an extra charge.

We will always personally confirm your order and shoe size via e-mail as well within 24 hours of order receipt and advise as to an estimated dispatch date. Please check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not receive one from us.
Our stock levels are kept to date on our website and for ‘in stock’ items you can proceed to place your order on our site. As we hold limited amounts of stock of our boots if your order is time sensitive and you require your footwear within the next 3 to 4 months we recommend ordering at your earliest convenience. Once out of stock, the lead times to make our footwear is currently between 12 to 16 weeks due to longer lead times of the components we use in the making of our designs. If the style & size you require is listed as ‘out of stock’ please contact us so we can advise when it will be next in stock.
