The shops have been warning us since we guzzled the last of the Hallowe’en chocolate; but now it’s official: Christmas is just around the corner! If, like many of us, you’re feeling slightly rushed off your feet, sit back and enjoy some festive wedding cheer.
Whilst the other seasons have their own charming features, Winter time can bring with it the warmest of memories. When the world stands still under a blanket of snow, the simplest pleasure, such a roaring fire, can become one of the greatest.
A red and green wedding theme encompasses all that is traditionally associated with Christmas. Other trees might have lost their leaves, but evergreens provide a constant to nature’s colour palette. Combined with a pop of scarlet, the effect is one of bold rustic beauty. Furthermore, a dash of red also hints at a somewhat spicier charm – racy red Goodnight Sweetheart lace boots will certainly provide some heat.
